I am super excited to be coming to the end of my First o"fish"al year as a Special Ed Teacher! I work at an elementary school in South Texas! We are down to our last few weeks of school here! Yeah summer break!
I am 25 years old and have been married for almost 3 years and we have a wonderful boy who is 2 (although he looks like he is already 3)! This June I will start back to school getting my Masters in Special Education with a focus in Autism studies! I am super excited to get started!
Currently I am an Essential Academics teacher (which is our version of Life Skills) next year I am not sure what I will be teaching OR what school I will be at. Nerve-racking doesn't even begin to explain it! I do know that if I stay at the same school I will probably be the Inclusion support teacher for K-2 and another teacher will be 3-5! If I switch schools then I will probably be a General Ed teacher but I don't know which grade I would be teaching yet.
